For the past 20 years Renee has lived and breathed the fast paced world of recruitment. Having started with a boutique recruitment agency Madison Recruitment in its early years, Renee worked across various sectors during this time, and delivered many high volume projects, which also included some technical recruitment.
Making the switch to internal recruitment, Renee then spent a few years with Downer Engineering as a Senior Recruitment Business Partner, where she led a team within Infrastructure Services, sourcing technical talent across New Zealand.
After Renee and her husband moved their young family to Tauranga in 2018, Renee returned to her roots of agency recruitment and re-connected with some old colleagues from the early 2000’s Bernadette and Kiri. She jumped at the chance to join the team at Ryan + Alexander, as a generalist senior recruiter across a broad range of industries. Outside of work, Renee can usually be found watching her children play sport, chilling at the beach or enjoying a wine and delicious food with friends and family.
