Lynda settled in the Bay of Plenty in 2013 with her family after years spent living in Auckland, Wellington and abroad.
She loves the juxtaposition of working in a professional environment with the relaxed beachside lifestyle. Joining the team at Ryan + Alexander in 2018, Lynda manages our client’s temporary, and contract recruitment needs.
She also wrote and oversees our
in-house career outplacement program, coaching candidates through change one to one.
With a corporate background in leadership, coaching and training Lynda uses her skill-set to work with candidates and clients alike, applying a supportive and collaborative approach.
