The Graeme Dingle Foundation Western Bay of Plenty team has somehow convinced Geoffrey Campbell, Director of The Why, to skydive 12,000 feet as a part of their Drop For Youth campaign this year, and Geoffrey would love your support.
The Graeme Dingle Foundation’s vision is for New Zealand to be the best place in the world for children to grow up.
Here in The Western Bay of Plenty, the foundation reaches over 3,800 young people each week through Kiwi Can, Stars, Career Navigator and Project K programmes.
The programmes teach values and life skills, build confidence, self-belief and resilience and are proven to have a lasting positive impact on the lives of young people, their whanau, schools and communities, as well as on the economy of New Zealand.
Geoffrey, who suffers from anxiety, a fear of heights and vertigo, is participating in the Drop For Youth campaign in the hope that overcoming his fears may inspire kids to overcome many of their own.
Drop For Youth is a fantastic cause, and if you would like to contribute, you can via a Give A Little page. The aim is to help the foundation to reach as many young people as possible and empower them to see that what they have inside is more significant than any obstacle they may face.
Thank you so much for your support and generosity!
