Andrea Shaw is the franchisee and training director of Dale Carnegie BOP Waikato.
Dale Carnegie was established in 1912 and has operated in New Zealand since the early 60’s with Andrea and her husband Michael starting the BOP and Waikato business in 1997.
Andrea grew up in the far north and spent her free time riding and playing polocrosse, representing Northland. She completed a Horticultural Science degree at Massey, worked for Telecom and Ubix before the Dale Carnegie opportunity arrived.
Andrea quickly became certified in all the Dale Carnegie curriculums and became a certified digital online trainer just prior to Covid. Andrea is one of only 35 “Carnegie Masters” responsible for the quality and certification of 3000 trainers around the world.
