Following a 22-year career in commercial construction in the UK, Drew moved to New Zealand and co-founded CBC (part of Classic Group) in 2006. CBC has completed some of Tauranga’s most iconic buildings and is known for delivering what is promised. Most weekends Drew will be eating out, on a golf course, or the lake.

With 17 years in the property sector in both New Zealand and the United Kingdom, Daniel has a wealth of knowledge and is well versed in all aspects of the property lifecycle, from acquisition, lease negotiation, project management and property management. Dan spends his weekends outdoors with his young family, fishing, golfing, and mountain biking.
Roger Bailey

Eight years ago, Roger established Grime Off Now in the Bay.
With Roger’s engineering background combined with an enthusiasm for innovation, the Grime Off team are encouraged to use the smartest techniques to achieve outstanding commercial property wash maintenance results. Outside of work Roger can be found developing his avocado orchard in rural Welcome Bay.
