1. Payment

1.1. Payments using the Service may be made only using only Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards.
1.2. We are not directly involved in the online payment but through a third party service provider.
1.3. All payments are to be in New Zealand Dollars
1.4. We accept part payment of client accounts only where full payment of the account is made by the stipulated due date in the invoice. All other payments must be paid in full and by no later than the final date for payment set out in the invoice.
1.5. Upon completing a transaction using the Service, you will be presented with a confirmation screen verifying the transaction details you wish to process. It is your responsibility to verify that all transaction information and other details are correct.
1.6. We have no liability for transactions which are incorrect as a result of inaccurate data entry in the course of the use of the Service or for loss of data or information caused by factors beyond Our control.
1.7. You will receive a confirmation email once the payment has been received by Our third party service provider.
1.8. Once a payment has been made it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept any responsibility for refusal or reversal of payments, which shall be a matter between you and your credit card issuer.

2. Hardcopy Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription payments are charged for the full 12 months at the beginning of each new subscription period.
2.2 Your 12 month subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. You will be notified in advance of the renewal to confirm.
2.3 Bay of Plenty Business Publications must be informed of any change in address, PO Box or any detail that may disrupt the delivery of the publication.
