Tauranga comes alive in the forefront of Innovation

From 27 July to 2 August, Tauranga will come alive with a range of online events and masterclasses that will push boundaries and break the mould. Tauranga’s economic development agency Priority One is organising the 2020 Groundswell Festival of Innovation that will showcase how our region’s organisations and people are leading the way through ground-breaking new ideas and innovative solutions for the future of our economy.

Priority One had to rethink their approach to delivering Groundswell this year due to the current situation. So, they have collaborated with another large festival ‘Techweek’, to bring together an incredible ‘digital festival of innovation’ promoted locally and nationally.

The festival will bring to life a range of online innovative events where viewers will get the chance to engage with local, national, and international game-changing founders, revolutionary business leaders and cutting-edge entrepreneurs. In the face of change many businesses have had to pivot and learn new ways of operating; you will get the chance to hear the secrets from some businesses who have done so successfully.

To top it all off there will be series of game-changing masterclasses where experts in business innovation, sports innovation and client feedback innovation will teach one-hour classes. These classes will get straight to the point on ways to grow trust and company culture with staff, how to innovate through sports and mental toughness, and how to get to the guts of client feedback. The Groundswell Masterclasses will teach strategies and tips to overcome myths of limitation to help make businesses and people more successful. Now is your chance to learn from the best!

Check out the innovative Groundswell programme here and come along to an event or two!
